GAPの様々なロゴをテーマにした『Archive Reissue: Logo Remix Collection』の映像作品を参考に、荒川ゼミの映像作品を作りました。
GAPの映像作品のキャストには、世界中の、音楽、演技、コメディ、社会活動の分野から、それぞれの方法でクリエイティブカルチャーの“リミックス”を実践しているキャストが集まっています。私たち荒川ゼミのメンバーも、一人一人取り組んでいることの分野やバックグラウンドが異なり、唯一全員の共通点として「荒川ゼミを選んで集まってきた」という特徴があります。私たち一人一人が荒川ゼミに所属していたという証拠を残し、時が経ってから若い頃の自分達を見返すことができるように、ARAKAWA remix で、それぞれの存在をリミックスしました。
最後の「ARA」というロゴも、一人一人全く異なった個性を感じることができます。

I created a video about the Arakawa Seminar, based on the video work "Archive Reissue: Logo Remix Collection" which is themed on various GAP logos.
The cast of the GAP video is made up of people from all over the world who practice "remixing" creative culture in their own way, from the fields of music, acting, comedy, and social activism. Each of us in the Arakawa Seminar has a different field of work and background, and the only thing we all have in common is that we chose to come to the Arakawa Seminar. We remixed each of our existences with ARAKAWA remix so that we can leave evidence that each of us belonged to the Arakawa Seminar and look back on our younger selves after time has passed.
The final logo "ARA" also gives a sense of each person's completely different personality.
